Heatpress recommended settings: 320F for 20 seconds
House Hold Iron: To attach this trim to your projects simply lay the trim on your desired fabric, and place a piece of cloth between the iron and trim. Place the iron on top of the trim and apply pressure for about 1 minute. The iron should be on high with no steam.
