•  We are located at 820-2 Maple Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90014. Our storefront is open to the public Monday- Saturday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and Sundays, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. All online orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California
  
  

Standard processing takes 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping time begins after your order ships. Pre-order items have a separate estimated timeline shown on the product page; orders containing pre-order and in-stock items are generally shipped together unless you arrange a split shipment.

Delivery depends on the service selected at checkout and the destination. Typical U.S. carrier estimates after shipment are 3–7 business days for USPS Ground Advantage, 3–5 for USPS Priority Mail, 1–5 for UPS Ground, 2 for UPS 2nd Day Air, and 1 for UPS Next Day Air. These are carrier estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. See our shipping policy for details.

Orders placed with UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air before 1 PM Pacific on a business day generally ship that day. Orders after the cutoff or on weekends ship the next business day, subject to availability.

Yes. Eligible U.S. orders of $75 or more after discounts qualify for free standard shipping. Your cart or checkout will show whether your order qualifies

• Email info@planetrhinestone.com as soon as possible with your order number and requested change. We can help if the order has not already been prepared or shipped.
  
  

• UPS and USPS collect packages daily, but tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after your order ships. The first scan may not appear until the package reaches a sorting facility. If tracking still has not updated after 48 hours, email us with your order number so we can look into it.
  
  

• Yes. International orders ship from Los Angeles. Shipping options and rates appear at checkout. Customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees. See our shipping policy.
  
  

• For eligible online purchases, email info@planetrhinestone.com within 10 days of delivery to request a return or exchange authorization. Approved items must be received within 30 days of delivery, in original condition and packaging; sealed products must remain unopened. In-store purchases and custom or personalized items are final sale. Read the full return and exchange policy before sending anything back.
  
  

• Refunds to the original payment method are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The fee is waived for eligible exchanges of equal or greater value and store credit. Return shipping for ordering mistakes or preference changes is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping fees are nonrefundable. See the full policy.
  
  

• Email info@planetrhinestone.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review it and help resolve the issue as soon as possible.
  
  

Choose based on your material and how you plan to attach the stones:

• Hotfix glass rhinestones have heat-activated adhesive for fabrics that can withstand heat pressing.
• Glue-on flatback rhinestones come in glass and jelly options. Glass offers a classic rhinestone sparkle; jelly stones are lightweight resin available in many colors. Use an adhesive suited to your surface.
• Sew-on rhinestones attach to fabric with stitching.
• Pointed-back rhinestones have a raised back and are typically used in jewelry settings or projects designed to hold that shape.

• SS stands for stone size, a numbering system commonly used for round glass rhinestones. mm means millimeters and describes a stone’s approximate width. Glass rhinestones are commonly labeled by SS size, while jelly rhinestones are commonly labeled in millimeters.

• One gross is 144 stones. A 10-gross pack contains approximately 1,440 stones. Glass rhinestones are typically sold by the gross.
  
  

• AB stands for Aurora Borealis. It is an iridescent finish that reflects additional colors over the stone's base color. Because colors and finishes can look different on screens, we recommend checking a sample when an exact match matters.
  
  

Follow the garment’s care label and the instructions for the adhesive or transfer used. For best results, turn the garment inside out and wash gently in cold water with mild detergent. Avoid bleach and high heat, and let it air dry. Do not iron directly over the rhinestones.
