Return & Exchange Policy
If something doesn’t work out, most items purchased online may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery.
To begin a return or exchange, please email info@planetrhinestone.com within 10 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization and shipping address.
Please note:
- All in-store purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
All returned items are subject to inspection and must be:
- In original condition
- Returned with original packaging
- Items with sealed packaging must be unopened
Fees & Shipping:
- Returns for refund to the original payment method are subject to a 15% restocking fee
- Exchanges for equal or greater value or store credit are not subject to a restocking fee
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for buyer’s remorse (e.g. sizing issues, preference changes, ordering mistakes)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Once your return is approved, please ship the item promptly so it is received within 30 days of delivery.
Planet Rhinestone is not responsible for returns sent without prior authorization. Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
