Complete the inquiry form with your design details, preferred size, colors, quantity, and deadline. Custom order setup fee start at $40.
2. Upload Your Design
Upload Your Design File. Make sure your design file is JPEG, PNG, or SVG for upload. Convert photos through Photoshop, Canva, or any other online converters.
3. Submit & We’ll Contact You
We’ll review your request and respond within two business days with pricing and an estimated turnaround time.
4. Production & Shipment
Once you approve the quote, we’ll send you an order link. After you place your order, we’ll create a rhinestone mockup for your review. You can request edits before approving it for production. When your transfers are ready, we can ship them or arrange pickup at our Downtown Los Angeles store.

Turnaround time depends on the design, quantity, and production schedule. Most custom hotfix rhinestone transfers take approximately 2–3 weeks. We’ll provide an estimated timeline with your quote. If you have a deadline, please include it in your inquiry so we can confirm whether we can meet it.
Yes. Setup fees start at $40 and include one sample print. More intricate designs may have a higher setup fee, which we’ll confirm in your quote.
We keep your design on file for one year from each order date. If you reorder the same design within that year, you won’t need to pay the setup fee again. Each reorder renews the one-year period
Include your deadline in the inquiry form and let us know when you need the transfers in hand. Rush production may be available depending on the design and our schedule. We’ll confirm whether we can meet your date and provide any additional rush fees before you place your order.
It depends on the design and how it’s produced. Most custom hotfix rhinestone transfers can be made at our DTLA location with no minimum order quantity. Factory-produced transfers require a minimum of 24–50 pieces. We’ll confirm the minimum for your design in your quote.
We arrange hotfix rhinestones in your design on a transfer sheet. The transfer is then heat pressed onto a suitable, heat-resistant material, typically at around 320°F for 25 seconds. Larger stones may require a higher temperature or longer press time. Always test the material before applying a transfer.
We also offer heat-press application at our Downtown Los Angeles location for an additional fee.
