I purchased two orders of hot fix trim and unfortunately the adhesive is defected. I’m not sure if it was stored properly or not. I emailed them 7 days ago about the issue , no response. I had to purchase an alternative . I normally purchase trim to sew but this was the only option for the color I needed !!
