I created the macrame purse strap from Orly Shani's you tube video. She was not wrong, you get stopped left and right when using this material (rope). Pictures cannot capture the shine this puts off. I especially appreciate the collaborative pricing discount because I wouldn't have been able to purchase the needed yardage for this project. I used 14 yards to make a 43 inch cross body strap (could have probably gotten away with 13 yards). As u can see in the picture I needed a bit extra since I was leaving loose rope.
